Human life is composed of success
and failure. There is none in the world who has only success in life and no
failure at all. In an attempt to accomplish a job, one may either succeed or
fail. However, in case of failure one should not break down and stop efforts.
He must go on trying again and again until he gets success. If we study the
lives of the great men we find this truth. We may look at the lives of
commercially successful Bill Gates or politically successful Abraham Lincoln.
They had to suffer the pangs of
failure. But they learnt from their failure and
utilized the experience to make a way to success. The way to success is never
smooth.
There are hindrances from place to place and from time to time. One 'must have the spirit to overcome those hindrances. If he stumbles once, he will stand up and make more vigorous efforts to jump over the hurdles. He must keep up the determination and courage to reach his desired goal. Many a failure makes a success. This realization is much more important in career building. We often see that at the end of education many young boys and girls try for a job and if they do not get it they fall in great depression. They become hopeless about their life. They lose confidence in themselves and find darkness in front of them. In this circumstance they often take to drug abuse and other bad practice. But this is not the right way. They must keep on trying and one day the golden bird of success must be in their hands. Failure is not any hindrance but the real hindrance lies in mind. It is frustration which takes away all energy to work and go ahead. Failure is the pillar which one must use to reach the destination. One must have the courage to face failure and make a way to success.
