1)Despite of / in spite of + possessive of sub + (verb + ing) , next clause
Though/although+ sub+ be verb/ verb , next clause
## If (though/ although) remains at the middle of the sentence no comma (,) will be used.

2)Sub + (relative pronoun should be demolished) + verb + ing + …………..

2)    Simple :  The tree standing before the house has grown old.
Complex: The tree that stands before the house has grown old.
3)    Simple :  The boy begging from door to door is an orphan.
Complex: The boy who is begging from door to door is an orphan.
4)    Simple : The book published last year god good market.
Complex: The book which was published last year god good market.
5)    Simple : An Industrious boy can shine in life.
Complex: The boy who is industrious can shine in life.
6)    Simple : The writer lived in a cabin belonging to the orphanage.
Complex: The writer lived in a cabin that belonged to the orphanage.
7)    Simple : Killing the bird, the old man brought bad luck to the crew.
Complex: Since the old man killed the bird, he brought bad luck to the crew.
Compound: The old man killed the bird and brought bad luck to the crew.
8)    Simple : The weather being very cold, there were no birds or animals in the snow covered country.
Complex: Since the weather was very cold, there were no birds or animals in the snow covered country.
9)    Simple : Because of his being small, he could not work hard.
Complex: Since he was small, he could not work hard.
10)                       Simple : At daylight I was half awakened by the sound of chopping.
Complex: When it was daylight, I was half awakened by the sound of chopping.
11)                       Simple : I know his name.
Complex: I know what his name is.
12)                       Simple : Without working hard, you will not prosper in life.
Complex: If you do not work hard, you will not prosper in life.
Compound : Work hard or you will not prosper in life.
Simple: By working hard , you can succeed in life.
Complex : If you work hard, you can succeed in life.
Compound: Work hard and you will succeed in life.
13)                       Simple : I read more in order to make a good result.
Complex: I read more so that I make a good result.
14)                       Simple : certainly he will come.
Complex : It is certain that  he will come.
Simple: Surely he has done it.
Complex: It is sure that he has done it.
